We are hosted by Carolina Friends School (CFS), an independent Quaker school in Durham, NC. The core tenants of CFS and Quaker pedagogy include the belief of seeking peace within oneself and with others and accepting and respecting each individual’s uniqueness. Having a home in an independent school that is invested in social justice and public service allows Peaceful Schools NC to meet the needs of our schools in a way that is affordable and accessible.
