Restorative Practices

Restorative Practices is a model that focuses on proactively building relationships in order to strengthen and heal communities. Restorative practices work embodies the values of respect, response, reflection, and reintegration. It is not a quick fix, and it takes time, intention, and community buy-in. When implemented, Restorative Practices can transform the culture of a school. Led by IIRP certified trainers and educators, we are here to support you in that work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does your Restorative Practices Training look like?

Our trainings are interactive, engaging, and full of opportunities to practice new skills. We set up in a Circle, modeling what we’re teaching. Because this is relationship-based work, our trainings are tech-free and we ask that phones and devices are put away. Participants receive links to our slides and many resources to support you in getting started and deepening your work.
