Rojulynne Fike

is a Durham native and a School Counselor at Central Park School for Children. She has 26 years of school counseling experience with students in kindergarten through twelfth grade.

Throughout her career in education, Rojulynne has been a facilitator for crisis team planning, leadership development, implemented anti-bullying programs and has conducted restorative practices workshops. She believes that restorative practices can help create safe and positive learning environments for children, repair relationships, and build a thriving school. Her group workshops with young scholars about conflicts and friendship building plants seeds for growth of the youth she engages with. Rojulynne is very passionate about working with students to assist in reaching their goals and gaining skills to be successful. Rojulynne's travels abroad and talks with learners and staff of other nationalities has increased her knowledge of intercultural skills. She is also a proud mom of a daughter and a son.
